The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of financial and operational management, as well as excellent skills in data analysis and report preparation. Responsibilities: * Analyze and prepare periodic and ad-hoc financial and operational reports. * Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts. * Develop and maintain management control systems. * Collaborate with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in special projects as required. Requirements: * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Excellence in data analysis and report preparation. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. * Effective communication skills in Spanish, both spoken and written. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
