Job Summary: This logistics associate role involves order picking, receiving, storage, and dispatch tasks, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training provided by the company. **JOB OBJECTIVE** The associate may be assigned tasks such as order preparation (in accordance with various standards), picking, product receiving, storage, replenishment, order processing, product labeling and relabeling, among other supporting logistics roles within the Logistics Department. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** Manual loading of orders and pallet control orders. Ensure proper storage area and order identification once received. Use various equipment to move pallets. Verify quantity, quality, and correct labeling of shipped products. Inspect entire shipments and order contents to meet customer specifications and verify all information against the packing list and SAP. Coordinate with other departments, such as Customer Service, Production, etc. Packaging assembly. Preparation and application of shipping labels. Loading trailers with boxes and pallets. Identify items with quantity discrepancies and promptly report them to the supervisor and/or team leader. Perform duties as required by management according to needs within the Supply Chain function. **SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain order and cleanliness, contributing to the 5S standard in your work area. * Fully follow and comply with all procedures, instructions, safety policies, and other standards established by the company. * Report unsafe conditions or actions identified and contribute to their correction through the various channels (verbal, platforms, or others) provided by the company. * Immediately report incidents related to personnel safety, process safety, and environmental safety. * Respect all engineering safety controls without interfering with them. * Respect and follow guidelines stipulated in the Internal Regulation on Order, Hygiene and Safety (RIOHS), Employment Contract, and Company Code of Conduct. **TRAINING PROVIDED BY ECOLAB** * General Safe Practices. * Fire Extinguisher Handling. * Emergency Plan. * Ergonomics. * Critical Life Procedure. * Stop Work Authority. **INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES** * Report any situation affecting or potentially affecting the Integrated Management System. * Be familiar with the IMS Policy and objectives relevant to your process. * Be familiar with documented information associated with your process. * Comply with operational controls defined in the Integrated Management System related to your activities. **JOB PROFILE** **Educational Level / Desired Profession** Minimum requirement: Secondary Education / High School Diploma. **Years / Desired Experience:** One year of prior experience working in a warehouse/logistics environment. **Desired Skills / Knowledge** * Possess Class D Driver’s License. * Ability to properly operate (Gas-powered Forklift, Electric Forklift, Double Scissor Reach Truck, Electric Stacker Reach Truck, Rider Electric Pallet Jack). **COMPETENCIES:** * **Self-Awareness** * **Customer Focus** * **Collaborates** * **Planning and Alignment** * **Work Process Optimization** * **Values Differences** * **Agile Learning** **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion \& Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
