We are seeking a candidate to begin their professional development within the commercial area, providing support in incentive processes, payment management, price loading, and internal control monitoring—working closely with regional and multicultural teams. Key Responsibilities: * Validate and manage incentive payments to importers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Load and update prices in the relevant systems for various brands; * Monitor and record SOX controls for the area, ensuring compliance with established processes; * Analyze commercial and financial data related to pricing, margins, and incentives; * Track Opel brand commercial performance and communicate relevant findings; * Coordinate activities with Shared Services, Finance, Commercial Operations, and brand teams; * Prepare reports and presentations for results communication and KPI tracking; * Support commercial processes related to budgets, forecasts, and market actions. **Requirements:*** Completed or near-completion of a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * SAP knowledge; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * PowerPoint proficiency; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams; * Positive attitude and learning orientation.
