Support judicial management of the collections portfolio by coordinating information and requirements among the organization, external law firms, and courts.

The purpose of this role is to support judicial management of the collections portfolio by channeling information and coordinating requirements among the organization, external law firms, and courts, thereby supporting the Judicial Management Attorney and contributing to the operational efficiency of judicial processes.
**Main Functions:**
* Track assigned judicial cases, reviewing and recording procedural status, deadlines, and notifications, and promptly reporting any incidents to the Judicial Management Attorney to ensure continuity and effectiveness of the judicial collections process.
* Monitor compliance with administrative tasks and procedural actions carried out by external law firms before courts and competent authorities, reporting deviations or non-compliance to the Judicial Management Attorney to ensure proper handling of judicial proceedings.
* Coordinate the collection, delivery, and verification of information and documentary evidence required by courts or external law firms, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of reports within the judicial collections portfolio.
* Maintain the litigation and case file database up to date, recording key milestones and relevant procedural actions, to provide reliable and timely information supporting management decision-making.
* Coordinate operational actions and respond to internal inquiries related to judicial proceedings, channeling information and requirements among internal and external stakeholders per established protocols, to ensure smooth management and effective communication across the organization.

Requirements
Technical legal degree; law graduate; or degree in business administration or a related field.
2 years of professional experience.
At least 2 years of experience in collections processes and in managing large-scale portfolios.
Knowledge of digital judicial management tools (e.g., Chilean Judiciary Portal, Lexis, Casetracking).
Judicial case control.
Knowledge of banking regulations, judicial collections management, and AI-powered digital tools.
