Job Summary: Axity is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Documenter to manage and maintain software solution documentation, ensuring version control and reflecting all changes and new requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control IT project documentation. 2. Maintain up-to-date document versions and reflect changes. 3. Prepare technical documents and process flows. DESCRIPTION Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, IoT. Axity is looking for an IT Project Documenter. This role requires knowledge of methodologies and tools to document software solutions (both existing and newly developed), ensure maintenance of updated document versions, and reflect changes and new requirements across all software processes (manuals, instructions, and other documents related to software development and delivery). REQUIREMENTS * Document management and control * Knowledge of process flow tools. * Advanced office software proficiency. * Basic database handling skills. * Ability to describe and create process flows. * Technical document writing and preparation. • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office computer tools • Intermediate-level data modeling * Intermediate-level Oracle PL/SQL programming (procedures, functions, packages, Jobs) " * Flowcharting tools \- Visio \- Bizagi or similar Indefinite-term contract A professional or technical degree is strictly required, which must be attached to the application.
