Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with IT controls, audits, and commitments, requiring high autonomy and attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication. **General Role Description** A professional responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with IT controls, audits, and commitments through coordination with various departments, report preparation, information analysis, and communication with IT governance stakeholders. This role requires high autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in demanding and dynamic environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the delivery of information for internal and regulatory IT audits, ensuring traceability, proper documentation, and adherence to deadlines. * Coordinate and follow up on IT audits, including meetings, communications, compliance actions, and work plans. * Propose and implement improvement actions for IT compliance processes—both internally and with external vendors—in alignment with applicable regulations and corporate standards. * Update and administer databases associated with IT compliance metrics. * Prepare, update, and communicate reports, metrics, and KPIs to internal departments and stakeholders. * Monitor monthly metrics, identify efficiency opportunities, and propose optimizations. * Identify improvements in IT procedures, reports, tools, and controls. * Manage updates to IT procedures in response to required changes and improvements. **Years of Experience Required** 2 to 3 years. **Technical Requirements** * Advanced Microsoft Excel (metrics handling, reporting, dashboards). * Jira / Confluence. * Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint. **Competencies** * Planning and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * Assertive and effective communication across all levels. * Strong attention to detail. * Negotiation skills and ability to manage demanding internal customers. * Frustration tolerance and adaptability to dynamic environments. **Desirable Experience** * Prior experience in consulting or auditing (ideally Big Four).
