Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller to ensure the company’s accounting is complete and timely, leading processes, preparing financial statements, and generating reliable information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the monthly accounting process, ensuring accuracy and integrity. 2. Prepare management reports and strategic financial reports. 3. As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains complete, timely, and accurately closed monthly accounting—leading oversight of third-party-executed accounting processes, preparation of financial statements and management reports, and generation of reliable information for management, investors, and the board of directors. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Leading the monthly accounting process, ensuring it is accurate, complete, and timely. * Preparing periodic management reports and financial statements. * Preparing and presenting strategic financial reports to the board of directors, investors, auditors, and banking institutions. * Supporting the development of forecasts, profitability analysis, and financial risk control for decision-making. * Implementing improvements in information systems and process automation to standardize data. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering (or related field). * 2–4 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in monthly closings, financial statements, reconciliations, and auditor coordination. * Preferred experience in Fintech, Factoring, banking, or financial services. * Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency. * BI / SQL knowledge desirable. * Ability to break down complex problems and identify patterns in data. * Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences. * Leadership skills with capacity to model processes, design controls, and execute them.
