At Swissport, our core values—Demonstrate You Care, Do the Right Thing, and Win as a Team—guide us, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals who align with these values to join our teams across various locations worldwide. **Job Summary** Responsible for supporting Finance and Accounting department activities by participating in account analysis processes, fixed asset control, document review, and supporting the company’s accounting and tax processes. **Responsibilities** * Support account analysis and review. * Collaborate in the control and updating of fixed asset information. * Support the review and organization of accounting and financial documentation. * Participate in reconciliation and accounting recording processes. * Support the preparation of information for tax and audit processes. * Support the development of departmental reports and summaries. * Comply with responsibilities detailed in the Station QHSE Management System Manual and associated procedures. **Requirements and Competencies** * Student pursuing General Accounting or Auditing studies. * Availability to undertake professional internship. * Basic knowledge of accounting and account analysis. * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level). * ERP system knowledge (e.g., Softland) is desirable. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
