Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and E-commerce Manager to lead the omnichannel operations of a Korean cultural center, combining physical store management and digital development. Real opportunity for professional growth La Pausa Oriental is a Korean cultural center located in Patronato, integrating gastronomy, retail, and experiential offerings. We seek a Commercial and E\-commerce Manager to lead our omnichannel operations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Physical Store (50%): \- Customer service and in-store sales at our Patronato location \- Physical inventory management: stock control, restocking, and display organization \- Order assembly, management, and delivery to couriers or delivery services \- Operate Shopify POS system for in-store sales \- Store opening and closing, daily cash reconciliation Digital Commerce (50%): \- Manage online Shopify store: list products, update prices, descriptions, and photos \- Activate and administer new marketplaces (Rappi, PedidosYa, Mercado Libre) \- Create and execute promotional campaigns and discounts across digital channels \- Source and contact suppliers of Korean/Asian products \- Prepare simple sales reports and performance metrics \- Support social media management with commercial content REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience in sales (in-person or online) \- Proficiency with digital tools (Shopify, marketplaces, Excel/Google Sheets) \- Proactive and autonomous mindset to propose improvements \- Interest in Korean/Asian culture (desirable but not mandatory) \- Availability to work on-site in Patronato WE OFFER: \- Base salary: $700\.000 net monthly \- Commission per in-store sale \- Dynamic work environment within a Korean cultural center \- Real growth opportunity: start in-store and develop the digital channel Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (44 hours per week), with one weekday off.
