At Falabella, we are looking for an Electronic Security Projects Supervisor. What is the mission of this role? Lead electronic security projects and the project team, ensuring technical autonomy and continuous optimization of area processes. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the Project Analysts team, assigning priorities, managing workloads, and ensuring high performance. * Autonomously manage the project portfolio (CAPEX and expansion), controlling timelines, budgets, and associated risks. * Identify improvement opportunities and implement standardized processes to optimize area efficiency and traceability. * Manage and monitor suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical standards, regulations, and service levels. * Coordinate operational handover of projects, including As\-Built documentation, manuals, and training. * Generate reports and control dashboards to provide visibility into project progress and supplier performance. * Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Operations, Logistics) to ensure proper implementation of security solutions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Connectivity and Networks Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading analyst teams and managing technology projects. * Experience in the electronic security or networking industry (e.g., CCTV). * Proficiency in VMS platforms (Milestone, Avigilon, or similar) (mandatory). * Willingness to obtain Genetec certification (mandatory). * Proficiency in AutoCAD for plan review and advanced Excel (mandatory). * Knowledge of Power BI (desirable). * Knowledge of IP networks, CCTV, intrusion detection, access control, and VMS systems (mandatory).
