Their mission is to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and safe execution of electrical operations, coordinating both internal crews and subcontractors in accordance with Ferrovial Construction standards and Chilean electrical regulations. This role is critical for managing interferences, service restoration, and electrical risks in complex worksites.**Key Responsibilities** ================================= * Supervise electrical operations, de-energizations, splices, and service restorations, strictly adhering to technical and safety procedures. * Coordinate with utility companies (distribution, subtransmission, telecommunications). * Verify compliance with SEC, NCh, and internal standards. * Manage and validate technical documentation. * Lead and control personnel performance, promoting a culture of safety and quality. **General Functions** ======================= * Conduct field supervision with detailed tracking of electrical activities. * Participate in planning meetings and propose solutions to address interferences. * Record daily progress in corporate platforms. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies on safety, environment, and quality. * Review and approve PTS (Permit-to-Work Systems) and electrical risk assessments. **Specific Functions for the Area (Affected Services)** ======================================================== * Coordinate interferences and deviations of existing power grids. * Manage permits with utilities and regulatory authorities. * Supervise restoration of services affected by excavations or equipment installation. * Review surveys, quantity take-offs, and electrical layouts. * Lead joint technical inspections with utility companies. **Specific Functions of the Role** =================================== * Prepare post-operation technical reports with supporting evidence. * Validate electrical materials and certifications. * Lead critical operations and electrical testing. * Ensure proper installation of protections and signage. * Propose alternative technical solutions to ensure service continuity. **Mandatory Requirements** ========================== ### **Academic Qualifications** * Electrical/Execution/Industrial Technician or Engineer. * Project management training is desirable. ### **Computer Skills** * Advanced MS Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, or other drafting software. * Experience in digital document control is desirable. ### **Certifications** * SEC Class D or C (Class A preferred depending on project). * Courses: Working at Height, Electrical Hazards, First Aid, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), ATEX. ### **Technical Competencies** * Advanced interpretation of drawings and single-line diagrams. * Experience in electrical operations, commissioning, and testing. * Control of critical electrical hazards. * Management of external interferences. * Internal auditing of electrical processes. ### **Experience** * Minimum 5 years in construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors. * Direct experience in Affected Services or electrical distribution. * Practical knowledge of SEC, NCh, and utility company standards. **Seize the challenge.
