You will work on-site and as an assigned professional at the project location, managing a team under your supervision. Your mission will be to plan, organize, control, and evaluate electrical activities in photovoltaic construction projects, in accordance with execution timelines, technical specifications, and established budgets. To achieve this, you will coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure proper execution of work and achievement of project objectives. Within this context, your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring compliance with project electrical scope deadlines, costs, and quality standards within contractual limits, identifying any deviations and acting promptly to minimize their impact. * Controlling costs and scheduling for the electrical portion of the project, supervising and optimizing financial and temporal resources to ensure profitability and viability. * Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, guaranteeing compliance with contractual conditions and the established schedule. * Managing personnel and resource planning required for proper project execution, ensuring required equipment and resources are available and properly managed. * Providing technical solutions, optimizations, and improvements to resolve issues, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with standards and contractual specifications. * Reporting project progress and identified deviations, communicating the actual status of work. * Managing relationships with subcontractor companies, establishing effective interactions and ensuring smooth coordination among involved parties. * Conducting lessons-learned sessions and knowledge management, transferring insights across projects to support continuous improvement and retain organizational knowledge. Negotiating contractual terms with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with required work execution. **What are we looking for in you?** **Requirements** **Education**: * University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Specific training in project management and planning, as well as a Master’s degree in Renewable Energies, will be valued. **Experience:** * Minimum five years’ experience managing electrical works for large-scale photovoltaic projects exceeding 50 MW. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractor companies. * International experience will be considered favorably. **Knowledge:** * Interpretation of electrical drawings. * Advanced knowledge of the electrical aspects of projects. * Applicable quality, safety, and environmental regulations. * Industry knowledge and trends. * Project planning, execution, and control methodologies. * Project profitability and feasibility analysis. * Interaction with subcontractor companies and suppliers. * Management and development of multidisciplinary teams. * Economic site control. **Tools:** * Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office. * AutoCAD. * Planning software, especially MS Project. * Cost-control tools. **Competencies:** * Responsibility. * Integrity. * Continuous improvement orientation. * Results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Team leadership. * Impact, influence, and negotiation capability. * Leadership. * Respect. * Teamwork. **Availability and Work Modality:** On-site work modality.
