Within this context, your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring compliance with project electrical scope deadlines, costs, and quality standards within contractual limits, identifying any deviations and acting promptly to minimize their impact. * Controlling costs and scheduling for the electrical portion of the project, supervising and optimizing financial and temporal resources to ensure profitability and viability. * Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, guaranteeing compliance with contractual conditions and the established schedule. * Managing personnel and resource planning required for proper project execution, ensuring required equipment and resources are available and properly managed. * Providing technical solutions, optimizations, and improvements to resolve issues, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with standards and contractual specifications. * Reporting project progress and identified deviations, communicating the actual status of work. * Managing relationships with subcontractor companies, establishing effective interactions and ensuring smooth coordination among involved parties. * Conducting lessons-learned sessions and knowledge management, transferring insights across projects to support continuous improvement and retain organizational knowledge.
