**What Will You Find in This Role?**

As a **Document Controller**, you will join the LATAM Energy Production team and report to the **Quality Coordinator**. This is an on-site, project-based position.
Your mission is to ensure efficient, orderly, and secure management of all project documentation, guaranteeing its proper classification, storage, distribution, and updating in compliance with applicable contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage document receipt and registration, organizing and ensuring correct identification and storage of all received documents, **to facilitate rapid and efficient access to information required for the project.**
* Control document versions, **to prevent errors arising from use of outdated or incorrect documents.**
* Ensure internal and external teams have access to required documents, **to ensure operational fluidity by delivering key information on time.**
* Implement and maintain a document management system, **to improve management efficiency and minimize information loss.**
* Verify the integrity, completeness, and compliance of project documents, **to ensure conformity with customer standards or regulatory requirements.**
* Provide periodic updates on the status and progress of document control, **to support data-driven decision-making.**
* Ensure proper physical and digital document storage, **to maintain traceability and accessibility of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.**
* Train the team on document management processes, **to promote adherence to established project procedures.**
**What Are We Looking For?**

Requirements
* Higher vocational training in administration; complementary training in document management and digital tools.
* Minimum 2\-4 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction, engineering, or renewable energy projects.
* Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, or others); knowledge of applicable regulations for document control; familiarity with office software and database applications.
