Main responsibilities: o Wash and disinfect dishes, glasses, and cutlery manually or using industrial dishwashers. o Clean and scrape pots, pans, and cooking vessels used by the kitchen team. o Maintain order and cleanliness in the dishwashing area, removing trash and adhering to basic sanitary regulations. o Assist in proper drying and storage of items to prevent losses or breakage.
