DHL Express Chile's Operations Department is seeking a **Courier**. Based in Santiago, Chile, this position will be responsible for ensuring the efficient collection, delivery, and management of documents and packages, meeting quality standards and service time requirements. Provide courteous and professional customer service while maintaining shipment integrity throughout the operational process. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform package and document deliveries and collections according to assigned routes. * Verify recipient identity and obtain signatures or proof of delivery. * Guarantee proper handling, care, and sorting of shipments. * Record movements in systems or mobile devices as per procedure. * Maintain constant communication with the Operations Control Center. * Report updates, delays, or incidents encountered during the route. * Comply with traffic regulations, safety policies, and operational guidelines. **WHAT YOU BRING** * Minimum education: High School Diploma. * Valid driver's license (type appropriate to required vehicle: motorcycle or light vehicle). * Minimum 1 year of experience in courier services, delivery, or similar functions. * Knowledge of local routes and proficiency in navigation applications. * Ability to deliver customer service and manage multiple deliveries. * Good driving record and adherence to safety protocols. * Availability to travel within and outside the city as required by operations. **CONNECTING PEOPLE, IMPROVING LIVES**
