Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Control professional to ensure and manage documentation for renewable energy projects, with a focus on electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines. We are looking for a DOCUMENT CONTROL professional POSITION OBJECTIVE This professional must focus specifically on controlling all project disciplines (Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical). The role requires a preference for a hybrid profile (30% field work and 70% office work). The professional must be based in Calama or María Elena. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure site documentation and control information delivered by the client, contractors, and subcontractors. * Distribute and control work procedures and documentation delivered; issue and archive all site-related documentary records. * Ensure proper preparation and delivery of document control indicators, as well as control changes in document revisions, their digitization, archiving, and backup of records. * Manage and compile minutes from contractual meetings and update supporting documentation. * Register all redlines, engineering drawings, As-Built drawings, final deliverables, meeting minutes, procedures, communication letters, and other project documents, maintaining updated LOTs with current information. * Project document management. * Document management across each contractor’s servers. * Document coding. * Safeguard site-related information, centralize information, classify documents, digitize documents, deliver drawings and procedures, and maintain necessary control over each delivery. REQUIREMENTS * Specific experience: 2\-4 years * University or technical degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in construction and commissioning of Energy and Electrical Infrastructure Projects, ERNC (preferably PV \+ SE \+ LT). * Proficiency in project management tools and computer-aided design software (OFFICE, CAD, OTHERS).
