CHILE AGENCY.** **Responsibilities** * Initial Planning: Develop the project master schedule (Baseline) using specialized software, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines. * Progress Monitoring: Conduct weekly tracking of actual versus scheduled progress (S-Curve). * Resource Management: Schedule requirements for labor, machinery, and critical materials according to the construction sequence. * Reporting: Prepare daily (DPR) and weekly reports for management and the client (owner), highlighting the project’s critical path. * Deviation Detection: Identify potential delays and propose mitigation plans or rescheduling (Look\-ahead). * Site Coordination: Maintain smooth communication with field supervisors to validate reported progress. * 9x5 shift on site (Region II), including transportation, accommodation, and meals. **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Electrical Engineer (ideal). * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles, preferably in electrical installations, substations, or energy projects. * Software (Mandatory): Microsoft Project (Advanced level). * Excel (Advanced level / Pivot Tables and macros). * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Critical Path Method (CPM) concepts and Earned Value cost control. **Benefits** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have professional growth opportunities. * Access to challenging and high-impact projects.
