Main responsibilities: ? Coordinate, supervise, and control overall casino operations (kitchen, warehouse, dining areas, and support areas). ? Lead and motivate the workforce (cooks, supervisors, operators), ensuring a collaborative work environment. ? Ensure compliance with service contracts, cost targets, budgets, and inventory control. ? Maintain smooth and face-to-face communication with the client contracting the operation, resolving incidents promptly. ? Guarantee strict adherence to corporate standards for quality, food safety, and risk prevention. Requirements: ? Professional degree in Business Administration, Food Engineering, Nutrition and Dietetics, Hospitality, or related field. ? Minimum 3 years’ experience managing food service cafeterias in industrial sites or camps. ? Advanced Excel and inventory management skills. ? Assertive leadership, negotiation skills, conflict resolution ability, and results orientation. ? Availability to work under a 7x7 shift schedule with overnight stay at the camp.
