Evaluate technological solutions to improve efficiency **Job Description** We are seeking an **Automation and Projects Manager** to lead industrial automation projects and control solutions, from planning through implementation. The role carries responsibility for technical teams, resources, suppliers, and results, aiming to improve industrial process productivity, reliability, and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct the planning, execution, and commissioning of **industrial automation and control projects**. * Lead engineering, programming, electrical, instrumentation, and technical support teams. * Supervise budgets, schedules, scope, resources, and achievement of each project’s objectives. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure proper technical and operational execution. * Evaluate technological solutions to improve productivity, safety, operational continuity, and process efficiency. * Identify risks and deviations, implement corrective actions, and track outcomes. * Prepare progress reports, KPIs, and results for management, proposing new improvement opportunities and projects. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Industrial Control, Industrial Civil Engineering**, or a related field. * **5+ years of experience** in industrial automation and project management. * Experience leading technical teams and medium- to high-complexity projects. * Knowledge of **PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, process control, and industrial systems**. * Experience in planning, cost control, supplier management, and project tracking. * Proficiency with tools such as **Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, Power BI**, or other technical platforms. * Leadership, negotiation skills, strategic vision, effective communication, and results orientation.
