




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a replacement role, responsible for document management, public service, and support in human resources and accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of documentation and correspondence. 2. Support in key human resources and accounting processes. 3. Direct interaction with the public and telephone management. An Administrative Coordinator is required to replace staff on maternity medical leave, for the commune of Talcahuano. **Main Responsibilities** * Answering telephone calls and attending to the public. * Managing, delivering, and archiving documentation, correspondence, and reports. * Receiving goods, parcels, and other shipments. * Supporting payroll processes (entering data into the system, printing and archiving salary settlements). * Assisting in the preparation, issuance, and processing of labor-related documents: employment contracts, warnings, holiday vouchers, dismissal letters, among others. * Collecting information for preparing payment statements. * Keeping personnel files up to date. * Registering new employees and terminating employment records in the AFC. * Monitoring and preparing reports arising from assigned duties. * Preparing photographic reports and supporting administrative tasks of supervisors. * Reviewing attendance registers and compiling personnel lists for monthly control and closing. * Other duties as assigned by immediate superiors, according to service requirements. **Requirements** * Technical or professional qualification in Administration or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Mandatory) * Strong communication skills and service orientation. * Organizational ability, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
