We are seeking candidates for the position of **Field Supervisor** in the city of Calama. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the execution of preventive and corrective chemical control of the service. * Lead and control planning, coordination and execution actions of the service, promoting commitment towards value creation, collaborative management and continuous improvement-oriented management in interactions with involved parties. * Fulfill and ensure compliance by the 'CLIENT' of the contracted service commitments, achieving results aligned with agreed goals. * Supervise the execution of physicochemical analyses, tests and trials determining substance characteristics according to established standards and regulations. * Supervise handling of chemical solutions according to predefined procedures for maintaining water control parameters in boilers and reverse osmosis plants. * Develop operational procedures and instructions in accordance with the 'CLIENT's internal quality management standards. * Develop and validate risk assessments. * Prepare and issue work permits. * Monitor, measure and record operational parameters according to predefined procedures. * Manage and monitor regulatory sampling, receive reports, evaluate results, analyze trends and archive records of companies contracted by the 'CLIENT'. * Review and establish minimum and maximum inventory levels of chemicals based on demand. * Manage inventory of operational supplies. * **Requirements:** + Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering, or related field (Mandatory). + Minimum two years in supervisory roles. (Mandatory) + Specific experience of 3\-5 years in managing treatment and water control programs for high-pressure boilers, cooling towers, reverse osmosis plants, demineralization plants, pre-treatment and clarification systems.
