The candidate’s primary mission will be to ensure optimal departmental performance, lead the workforce, and promote established safety regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise proper operation of the company’s boiler, drying, and remanufacturing areas. * Lead the workforce. * Maintain operational continuity. * Inspect the product receiving and dispatch area. * Ensure machinery remains in good condition and operates properly, guaranteeing safety, quality, and performance. * Monitor cleaning execution for equipment and the facility. Key Requirements: * Degree in Wood Engineering or Forestry Industries * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or leadership positions * Knowledge of the timber industry * Valid driver's license * Advanced office software skills (Excel, Word) Residence in the Ninth Region or willingness to relocate is ideal If you meet these requirements, apply now!
