We seek individuals committed to child protection, capable of providing accompaniment and emotional containment, and promoting safe and protective environments. This position is intended for professionals in the Social Sciences with at least two years of experience working with children and adolescents (IMPORTANT), preferably in residential or protection programs. Additional training in childhood, family intervention, and team leadership will be valued. Key responsibilities include accompanying residents in our facilities and, together with the technical team, planning and supervising activities aimed at the well-being of children and adolescents; monitoring individual processes; and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
