The position will play a key role in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring ESG projects, contributing to business efficiency across all units and generating sustainable value for its various stakeholder groups. We seek an individual capable of driving new initiatives, strengthening management practices, and promoting improvement opportunities. **Key Challenges** * Lead ESG-related projects and initiatives. * Monitor sustainability action plans and associated indicators. * Coordinate activities with various departments across the company’s value chain, supporting projects related to energy efficiency, circular economy, climate change, and waste management, etc. * Prepare reports and indicators aligned with national and international standards. * Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sustainability matters. **If managing impactful projects and contributing to strengthening a leading sustainability strategy motivates you, we invite you to join this challenge!** ### **Job Requirements** Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Marine Biology, or a related field. // Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and evaluation, sustainability management, environmental management, or related areas. // Availability to work in Puerto Montt. // Knowledge of ESG criteria and frameworks; international standards and reporting. // Familiarity with environmental regulations and applicable legislation. // Advanced English proficiency. // Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. // Strong coordination skills, autonomy, influence, and results orientation. // Experience in production-oriented companies or highly operationally complex environments. ### **Benefits
