Their work will focus on promoting collaborative, sensitive, and holistic child-and-adolescent-centered interventions that prioritize well-being and comprehensive protection. Key responsibilities include facilitating reflective supervision sessions, supporting the review of complex cases, strengthening relational and communication skills, and promoting self-care practices to prevent occupational burnout. They must also foster an environment of trust, active listening, and respect, coordinating with the Residential Director and technical team according to support needs. This position is intended for professionals in social sciences, mental health, education, or related fields—such as Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Education. Additional training in childhood/adolescence, trauma, rights-based approaches, team supervision, self-care, or occupational mental health will be valued. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and youth—ideally in protection contexts, residential settings, or social programs—as well as experience facilitating groups, supporting teams, or conducting technical reflection processes. We seek an empathetic individual with active listening skills, strong ethical judgment, emotional containment capacity, and the ability to foster dialogue, trust, and collaborative work.
