Currently, we are looking for a new **Studies Analyst**. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** Conduct studies, analysis, and reporting of economic and/or financial information relevant to projects of the Real Estate Development Management as well as other departments of the Company, contributing to decision-making aimed at its sustainable development. **What are the main duties?** * Conduct evaluations and/or market studies related to new projects and initiatives of the management team. * Carry out data collection, analysis, processing, and integration related to the market and the company's internal area, applying programming and/or statistical knowledge. * Support coordination of the project and new initiative approval process. * Provide information and proposals during the annual budget preparation process, generating calculations for budget projections. * Prepare or participate, as appropriate, in the preparation of the real estate status report. * Evaluate and verify the functionality of the Geo-intelligence platform or other tools used by the Company to fulfill its functions. **Requirements** * Graduate in Statistical Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, with proven experience in similar positions. * 1\-2 years of experience in analysis, reporting, and data handling. * Experience in Analytics or similar roles is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel, Python, and Power BI. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Las Condes. **We look forward to your application!!!** *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion.
