Focused on delivering a positive customer experience **Job Description** ---------------------- Today, our Autoplanet and Aftermarket management team is searching for our next Store Manager, who will be tasked with overseeing, managing, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, daily routines, and store operational standards. Key responsibilities include: * Comply with legal regulations and ensure KPI compliance to evaluate performance. * Coordinate daily operations to guarantee efficiency in customer service and adherence to operational standards. * Supervise financial management, including cash register opening/closing, inventory control, and price updates to maintain standards. * Ensure a positive customer experience. * Manage personnel efficiently. * Analyze data and results to identify areas for continuous operational improvement.
