Main responsibilities: Conducting diagnostic assessments and developing therapeutic intervention plans. Planning and implementing social interventions aimed at restoring children's rights. Direct intervention with program users, including counseling, advisory services, crisis intervention, emotional containment, and strengthening of parental competencies. Coordination with local networks for joint case management. Attendance at hearings. Preparation of reports for courts. Welcoming all children, adolescents, and their families entering the project, as well as their significant adults. Providing social support to adults participating in the project (biological and foster families).
