The Senior Process Analyst Engineer documents and ensures that processes are correctly mapped, updated, and available to stakeholders. Detects deviations, bottlenecks, or SLA non-compliance, and acts as the first point of contact for binational coordination. Identifies improvement opportunities based on performance data, incidents, rework, or excessive processing times. Generates exception reports, drives quick efficiency wins, and follows up on corrective action plans. Facilitates the adoption of document management and workflow tools, and trains local teams in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to strengthen a continuous improvement culture.
