This position involves onboard work, operating specialized technology in the field as part of a highly technical team focused on operational excellence. **Main Responsibilities** ================================= * Operate ROV equipment for cleaning aquaculture center nets. * Execute necessary maneuvers to fulfill daily cleaning schedules. * Assess operational, weather, and safety conditions prior to initiating each service. * Verify correct net positioning during operations. * Conduct visual inspections during task execution. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the ROV system and promptly identify potential failures. * Maintain optimal condition of equipment, tools, and accessories used in operations. * Record operational information and prepare reports on activities performed. * Timely request materials, spare parts, and supplies required for proper equipment operation. * Assist in organizing and storing tools, spare parts, and work materials. * Strictly comply with safety, navigation, and risk prevention procedures. * Ensure proper use of assigned equipment and contribute to safeguarding company assets. * Maintain continuous communication with supervisors and the onboard team during operations. **Job Profile** ==================== We seek individuals highly oriented toward fieldwork, responsible, committed to operational safety, and capable of performing efficiently in dynamic and demanding environments. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed Secondary Education. * Preferred: Intermediate Technical or Higher Technical Degree in Aquaculture, Automation, Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanics, or related fields. ### **Job Requirements** Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an ROV Pilot. Experience operating ROV equipment for net cleaning. Onboard work experience preferred. Experience with salmon farming service companies preferred. Valued experience includes: ROV equipment operation; net cleaning maneuvers; preventive equipment maintenance; basic mechanics; hydraulic and electrical systems associated with ROVs; interpretation of operational procedures; maritime safety; regulations governing onboard operations; basic computer tool usage for reporting. Valid documentation required for this position: ROV Pilot Course Certificate; Seaman’s Book; ROV Pilot Boarding Permit; Man Overboard Course; Onboard Familiarization Course; Rigger Course. Job Conditions: 21x20 shift system. Onboard work. Participation in operations across various aquaculture centers.
