The purpose of this role is to inspect and monitor critical control points in the production process, ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and applicable regulatory standards, thereby guaranteeing product conformity and fulfillment of customer and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities: Inspect critical points in the production process by monitoring quality parameters, recording relevant information, and verifying implementation of corrective actions when deviations are detected. Verify compliance with technical specifications for each product, ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with established quality standards. Monitor hygiene conditions of equipment, surfaces, utensils, and personnel prior to entry into production areas, as well as conduct free chlorine checks and other quality program-defined monitoring activities. Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products, preparing associated records and reports. Ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Program, internal procedures, and food industry sanitary regulations.
