We are currently seeking professionals interested in being part of a major project with an important business partner. **The Junior Project Manager with experience in commercial areas** Will be responsible for leading the operation of assigned projects in Chile within the corresponding sector, ensuring their proper execution, achievement of objectives, and alignment with regional standards. Additionally, will serve as the main commercial contact for local clients, managing strategic relationships and identifying growth opportunities. The role also includes managing, analyzing, and visualizing operational and commercial data for decision-making. Key Responsibilities * **Project operational management:** * Supervise the implementation, monitoring, and closure of projects in Chile. * Coordinate local teams and ensure compliance with defined KPIs. * Identify operational risks and propose mitigation plans. * **Commercial relationships and client management:** * Serve as the primary point of contact with local clients. * Participate in strategic meetings, presentations, and performance reviews. * Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on value propositions. * Seek new business opportunities for the company. * **Data management and analysis:** * Consolidate and analyze operational, financial, and impact data. * Generate executive reports and dashboards for internal and external tracking. * Provide insights for continuous improvement of projects and services. * **Regional collaboration:** * Coordinate with regional teams to ensure strategic alignment. Share best practices and learnings with other countries. * Required Profile * University degree in fields such as administration, engineering, health sciences, economics, or related areas. * Proven experience in project management, client relations, and data analysis. * Experience in commercial areas; this person will work in a 100% strategic area and must have a strong focus on achieving targets. * Strong interpersonal skills, results orientation, and strategic thinking. * Advanced proficiency in project management and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.). * Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or specialized services sectors is desirable. * Intermediate or advanced English (mandatory) \#LI\-CES IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
