Positive work environment A manufacturing company is currently seeking Production Operators to join its production plant in the commune of Renca. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a positive attitude to perform duties on the production line in a dynamic environment focused on final product quality. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Washing potatoes or other products according to production requirements. * Drying, frying, distillation, and seasoning processes. * Packaging products according to established weight specifications. * Quality control of finished products. * Packaging for dispatch. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area. * General support on the production line. This position requires physical effort and continuous work on the production line. ### **Work Schedule and Modality:** * Rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night, as scheduled). * On-site work. * One-hour meal break. * Residence near the area is ideal (no shuttle buses provided). ### **Requirements:** * Experience in production lines and/or quality control (desirable but not mandatory). * With or without experience operating machinery. * Good physical condition. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. ### **We Offer:** * Production bonus. * On-site cafeteria available to heat and consume meals (no meal allowance provided). * Job stability based on performance. * Positive work environment. ### **Required Documentation:** * Updated CV. * Health certificate. * AFP certificate. * Copy of national ID card.
