What challenges will you face in this role? * Receive, inspect, and classify products, transferring them to sales areas, designated pickup zones, home delivery dispatch points, or the DAP and/or technical service area for carrier collection; manage associated documentation, register operational data in the system, generate daily operation reports, and handle discrepancies as required. * Contact customers regarding product availability issues for home delivery, offer alternatives, and manage agreed-upon solutions with customers. * Perform shelf audits at sales points, replacing and updating price tags, technical specifications, self-service materials, product inserts (signage, graphics, informational banners), or service-related materials, whether guided by planograms or not. * Maintain order and cleanliness of store equipment and work areas, moving beams and operational waste from the store and backroom to respective compactors and storage areas. * Maintain and renew product samples and displays at sales points, complying with company-established safety standards. * Assemble and disassemble catalogs for store commercial campaigns. What do we expect from you? (Minimum Requirements) * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed secondary education. Job Requirements * Predominantly standing work. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Be at least 18 years old. * Hold a complete secondary school diploma. * Prior experience in restocking, dispatch, and/or receiving is desirable.
