Problem-solving profile with strong character and technical judgment **Job Opportunity | Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist – Private Security** I am looking for an **Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist** with proven experience in **private security** operations, capable of managing on-site personnel and ensuring effective compliance with regulations. **This position is 100% operational, field-oriented, and focused on personnel oversight. We seek a problem-solving profile with strong character and technical judgment.** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Valid SEREMI de Salud registration. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in private security companies or services with large personnel deployments. * Fieldwork experience (facilities, shifts, operational supervision). * Knowledge and application of current legal regulations (Supreme Decree No. 40, MINSAL protocols, etc.). **Key Responsibilities:** * On-site supervision of facilities and security personnel. * Monitoring compliance with protocols and inventories, uniform distribution, and use of PPE. * Safety talks and inductions for security guards. * Support in attendance tracking and shift compliance from a preventive perspective. * Incident investigation, accident reporting, and implementation of corrective measures. * Preparation for inspections (Labor Inspection, SEREMI, clients). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Direct experience working with security guards. * Handling critical situations in the field. * Ability to maintain order, conduct follow-ups, and exercise operational control. **We are not seeking administrative-only profiles or candidates without field experience.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $800.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
