We are currently seeking a **Management Control Analyst** for our operations in **Chile**. ### **Purpose of the Role** To ensure the integrity, traceability, and reliability of serialized assets across the supply chain through analysis, correction, and prevention of operational errors. This role is critical to guaranteeing data quality in SAP, supporting operational continuity, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company’s logistics processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify, analyze, and correct inconsistencies in materials and serialized assets within the supply chain. * Monitor and resolve operational errors related to distribution, dispatch, and customer service. * Provide nationwide operational support to ensure proper traceability of assets and products. * Analyze root causes of recurring errors and propose actions for continuous improvement. * Train and guide distribution points, internal teams, and commission agents on operational best practices. * Generate management reports and continuously monitor operational incidents. * Manage corrections and adjustments in SAP to ensure data consistency. Coordinate with various operations, distribution, and logistics teams to timely close deviations. * ### **Requirements** * Technical or professional higher education degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in logistics, management control, distribution, or operational support functions. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in **SAP**. * Knowledge of logistics processes, distribution, and asset traceability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Familiarity with **PACT** and **MOBY** systems is desirable. Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel. * ### **Position Conditions** * Work modality: 100% remote. * Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel. * Working hours: + 15 days per month: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 hrs. + 15 days per month: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 hrs. * National coverage and support for operations.
