Develops cross-functional expertise across engineering, maintenance, and operations **Job Summary:** ASG Engineering Chile SpA is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to develop a strategy that ensures assets and equipment remain available, reliable, and prepared for operational demands. This role takes a medium- and long-term view of asset performance, balancing maintenance, reliability, resources, and operational needs. **What You'll Do:** * Define maintenance priorities based on asset condition, criticality, and operational requirements * Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aimed at reducing unexpected failures * Evaluate equipment behavior to identify opportunities for improved reliability * Establish criteria for prioritizing interventions and allocating technical resources * Analyze significant events and promote actions to prevent recurrence * Review availability, maintenance, and asset performance indicators * Coordinate decisions with engineering, operations, and technical teams * Assess requirements for spare parts, specialized services, and external support * Participate in decisions related to equipment renewal and lifecycle management * Drive practices enabling the evolution from reactive maintenance to planned asset management **Requirements:** * Experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, asset management, or industrial operations * General knowledge of preventive, corrective, or predictive maintenance strategies * Ability to lead teams and set technical priorities * Skills to analyze asset performance and behavior * Strong planning and decision-making capabilities * Proficiency with digital tools related to maintenance or management * Ability to collaborate across diverse technical disciplines * Experience with CMMS systems, reliability indicators, or analytical methodologies is valued but not mandatory * Technical or professional education in engineering, maintenance, or a related discipline is considered favorable **Why Work With Us:** * Leads a function focused on improving long-term asset performance * Evolves from daily maintenance management to strategic reliability decisions * Works with technical data to prioritize investments and improvement actions * Participates in decisions related to equipment lifecycle * Develops cross-functional expertise across engineering, maintenance, and operations * Contributes to building more predictable and efficient operations Salary: $45\.600\.000 per year Work Location: On-site employment
