Lead the implementation, execution, and improvement of the Operational Sanitation Program (POS), ensuring compliance with internal standards, legal regulations, and certification requirements, thereby contributing to product safety and operational continuity of the plant. Main responsibilities: * Lead the execution and verification of Operational Sanitation Program (POS) procedures. * Coordinate and supervise compliance with cleaning and sanitation programs. * Train and provide feedback to staff regarding procedures, recordkeeping, and program updates. * Manage corrective actions arising from audits, inspections, or identified deviations. * Verify records and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards. * Support preparation for and participation in internal, external, and regulatory authority audits. Work location: Chiloé. ### **Job Requirements** Requirements \- Professional or technical education related to Food Science, Aquaculture, Quality, or related fields. \- Knowledge of HACCP and POS programs. \- Experience with microbiological sampling. \- Knowledge of chemical usage and waste management. \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. \- Prior experience in food processing plants is desirable, ideally within the salmon farming industry. ### **Benefits
