IT PROJECT MANAGER (SAP) \- QUILICURA Position Purpose Ensure the proper execution of technological projects by identifying business needs, gathering requirements and efficiently managing resources. The main mission is to supervise project development, aligning expectations with the client, coordinating the work of technology providers, mitigating risks or deviations that could impact the achievement of objectives, and ensuring alignment with the corporate project execution methodology. Additionally, must ensure budgetary control, guarantee deliverable quality, and facilitate effective communication among all involved parties, in order to achieve a successful implementation aligned with the business's strategic needs. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with users to develop Business Cases for each project; that is, define and evaluate for each project the objectives, benefits, costs and resources (time and personnel) required to materialize the initiative. Manage the project life cycle. Define the best external provider alternatives according to project needs, agree on service levels, and monitor compliance with established agreements. Manage resources and coordinate the efforts of different team members within project teams (users, consultants, providers, etc). Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the previously described functions, with proven experience in SAP project management (implementation and/or migrations). Experience in planning management, knowledge of KPIs, requirement gathering techniques and project execution. Understanding of cybersecurity and architecture to facilitate raising alerts regarding customer requirements. Requirements: Advanced Office 365 skills. Advanced Excel. Experience in SAP projects (implementations/migrations, desirable in SAP HANA) Proficiency in Smartsheet Intermediate English (spoken, written, reading) for interaction with foreign counterparts. BTP proficiency desirable Desirable experience in SSFF implementation Availability to work hybrid in Quilicura (2\-3 times in person, with flexibility according to area requirements).
