About the Role We are looking for a motivated and client\-focused **IT Consultant** to join our technology team in Chile. The successful candidate will help organizations identify technology challenges, design practical IT solutions, improve business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Analyze clients' business and technology requirements. * Recommend effective IT solutions aligned with business objectives. * Support technology implementation, migration, and modernization projects. * Evaluate existing systems, infrastructure, applications, and processes. * Prepare technical assessments, proposals, documentation, and presentations. * Work closely with developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and technology performance. * Assist with cloud, cybersecurity, data, software, and infrastructure initiatives. * Monitor project progress and help ensure successful delivery. * Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to clients. * Keep up to date with emerging technologies, AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * **2\+ years of experience** in IT consulting, systems analysis, technology implementation, IT support, or a related position. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and client\-management abilities. * Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage. * Understanding of cybersecurity, networking, software, databases, or enterprise systems. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
