SUPPORT FOR GROUP APPS L2 **Offer ID:** 80607 **Job:** Project Managers / IT **Contract type:** Permanent **Schedule:** Full\-Time **Country:** Chile **EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking a **GROUP APPS SUPPORT L2**, who will comply with established procedures and whose main responsibility will be to ensure continuity, efficiency, and quality in the use of corporate global platforms, providing operational and functional support to all Group subsidiaries. **We invite all qualified candidates meeting the following requirements for this vacancy to apply:** **Profession / Education:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field. **Knowledge:** * Experience with IT platforms. * Solid understanding of support function processes and best practices. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams. * Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. * IT Service Management: Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) for incident tracking. * Reporting tools: Ability to create and analyze reports using Power BI and Excel. * Basic technical knowledge: Understanding of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting. * Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly explain processes and solutions to users across different regions. * Customer service orientation: Proactive and empathetic approach to user support. * Problem-solving mindset: Analytical thinking to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. * Adaptability: Ability to comfortably operate in a dynamic, multicultural environment with shifting priorities. * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage efficiently with global stakeholders. **Experience:** * 3 years of experience for a junior profile. * 5 years of experience for an expert profile. **Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency.
