Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Full\-Stack Developer** to design, develop, maintain, and improve scalable educational technology platforms. The successful candidate will work across frontend and backend systems, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and contribute to AI\-enabled learning and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, and maintain full\-stack web applications. * Build responsive and accessible user interfaces for students, educators, administrators, and institutions. * Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and application logic. * Integrate AI\-driven personalization and analytics capabilities into educational platforms. * Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize data access and performance. * Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services. * Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data\-protection practices. * Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. * Write clean, maintainable, well\-documented, and testable code. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to software\-development standards. * Troubleshoot bugs, production issues, and performance problems. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers. * Support mobile\-first and cross\-platform application development. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure. * Maintain technical documentation and participate in architecture decisions. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field**, or equivalent professional experience. * **3\+ years of professional experience** in full\-stack software development. * Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js**. * Strong backend development experience using technologies such as **Node.js, Python, Java, C\#, or similar**. * Solid knowledge of **JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS**. * Experience designing and consuming **RESTful APIs**. * Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. * Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage. * Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and development best practices. * Experience with **Git and collaborative version\-control workflows**. * Knowledge of automated testing and debugging methodologies. * Understanding of web security, authentication, and authorization. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications * Experience developing **EdTech, SaaS, e\-learning, or educational platforms**. * Experience integrating **AI/ML services or personalization engines** into applications. * Knowledge of data analytics and dashboard development. * Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms. * Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience developing mobile\-first or responsive applications. * Knowledge of microservices and event\-driven architectures. * Experience with performance optimization and scalable system design. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Experience handling sensitive student or educational data. * Professional English proficiency is an advantage.
