Requirement management and operational coordination with clients **Confidential** August 18, 2026 ### **Operations** #### **Key Points** Puerto Varas Full\-time To be agreed upon Indefinite Vacancies: 3 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and supervise field activities related to the installation, maintenance, and operation of aeration and oxygenation systems at aquaculture centers, leading the field team to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and committed deadlines, and acting as the technical counterpart to the client. Plan and coordinate work scheduling for installation, maintenance, and technical service tasks at assigned aquaculture centers. Lead, assign, and supervise tasks performed by field assistants, ensuring productivity and execution quality. Verify compliance with technical procedures and quality standards during the installation and maintenance of aeration and oxygenation systems. Act as the client’s technical counterpart on site, managing requirements, incidents, and operational coordination. Diagnose and resolve complex technical failures, escalating to engineering or technical support when appropriate. Monitor the use of materials, spare parts, and equipment, managing procurement required for operations. Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and field activity logs. Train and coach field assistants on technical procedures and safety protocols. ### **Job Requirements** Education: Intermediate or higher-level technician degree in industrial mechanics, electricity, automation, metal construction, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of field experience, including at least 1–2 years as a supervisor or team leader of technical teams; preferably within the aquaculture or industrial sector.
