Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist to develop analytical and predictive models that optimize processes, services, and products using advanced techniques and business-oriented insights. Collaboration in process redesign and innovation projects **We Are Looking for a Data Scientist!** **What Will Be Your Objective?** To develop analytical and predictive models from multiple data sources, applying advanced techniques and business-oriented insights to generate strategic recommendations that optimize the company's processes, services, and products. **Work Mode:** Hybrid. **Contract:** Direct contract with the client. **Compensation:** $2\.500\.000 to $3\.000\.000 CLP (net). **Main Responsibilities:** Analyze and leverage operational and business data by developing statistical and analytical models. Design, train, and implement Machine Learning models using large volumes of data. Consolidate, transform, and automate data to ensure its availability, consistency, and reliability. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with internal teams on process redesign. Prepare clear reports and presentations to communicate findings and participate in innovation projects. **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Data Scientist (or similar) roles, participating in analytical projects and working under agile methodologies. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in **Python and/or R** for analysis and modeling. Experience in training, validation, and deployment of **Machine Learning** models. Solid experience with databases and **SQL**. Consumption and exposure of data via **APIs**. *Desirable:* Knowledge of JavaScript or HTML for visualization or integration support. **What Are We Looking for in You?** Creativity in applying quantitative methodologies to real-world business problems.
