We are looking for people like you—passionate, focused, and eager to grow. **Job Mission** As a Consultant, you will work alongside the project consulting team to conduct research and analysis, collaborating on developing business solutions and recommendations for clients. The Consultant must deepen expertise across diverse industries, clients, and practice areas (e.g., strategy, organization, operations, corporate finance, digital transformation, etc.), creating value by delivering proposals aligned with client needs. **Responsibilities** * Develop diagnostics and proposals aligned with client challenges and issues. * Conduct research and gather relevant project information; structure and execute information analysis. * Anticipate project requirements, propose guidelines and objectives for developing supporting materials. * Prepare presentations and other client-facing documents, leading some meetings in low-risk environments. * Execute designed strategies and plans, focusing on continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Degree: Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Economist; Business Administration or related fields * Language: Advanced English (spoken and written) \- B2/C1 * Work Experience: 0–2 years \- Entry level * Preferred Experience: Experience related to consulting in areas such as finance, management control, studies, project evaluation, development, new business, or similar (desirable but not mandatory). * Other: Participation in activities demonstrating commitment and leadership, e.g., student councils, non-profit organizations, sports, etc. This position is based in Chile, Colombia, Peru, or Argentina, with potential for relocation or travel.
