As a Casino Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and carry out cleaning and organization tasks in assigned areas (e.g., dishwashing areas, storage rooms, dining halls, production lines, etc.). Provide customer service related to food delivery. Prepare, replenish, and transport tools, utensils, supplies, and equipment involved in food service and cleaning operations. Carry out and support tasks related to monitoring and implementing current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic casino environment. Residence in Puerto Natales.
