In 2026, a comprehensive training and advisory program will be implemented, targeting 60 formalized indigenous businesses and 10 executives from local institutions in the communes of Antofagasta and San Pedro de Atacama. **Position Summary:** The Senior Business Advisor is responsible for implementing, both in-person and online, the entrepreneurship-related activities of the program, providing technical support to formalized indigenous businesses with at least six months of operations, strengthening their capabilities, and facilitating their integration into local economic development networks. This role is critical to achieving project objectives through efficient, technically sound, and empathetic management in assigned locations.
