Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Advisor to consult with and serve customers, delivering the best purchasing experience for automotive parts and accessories. Key Highlights: 1. In-branch customer consultation and service 2. Solid knowledge of automotive parts and accessories 3. Handling sales transactions and organizing displays We are currently looking for our next Comprehensive Advisor, who will take on the challenge of consulting with and serving our customers to deliver the market’s best purchasing experience at our branch. Key responsibilities include: * Providing product advice and answering questions related to automotive parts and accessories. * Listening to customers’ needs and concerns to recommend suitable products. * Being familiar with store inventory and possessing solid knowledge of automotive parts. * Handling sales transactions, including payment collection and recording of sold items. * Keeping the workspace and store clean and organized to provide a pleasant environment for customers. * Organizing displays. You’ll be a Match if you meet the following requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Customer service experience is desirable. * Sales experience is desirable.
