We seek proactive, cheerful, and design-passionate individuals who wish to provide exceptional and warm service to our customers at the Casa Costanera store. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will be responsible for delivering personalized service and guidance to our customers, ensuring every visit is rewarding. In addition, your duties will include keeping your work area clean and organized, managing straps, preventing stockouts, and performing cashier and restocking tasks. Your primary objective will be to contribute to achieving our sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Work modality: **Weekly Part-Time:** Monday to Sunday in a rotating 4x3 schedule (4 working days, 3 days off), with only 5 working hours per day, totaling 20 hours per week.
