Join a great team!** We are looking for our new **Multi-Channel AFP Commercial Advisor** to join our AFP sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for advising on and closing sales using effective prospecting sources. With a flexible and adaptive approach, you will deliver value to both customers and non-customers throughout the product sales process, tailoring your actions to each commercial situation. **Key Responsibilities:*** Manage sales via calls and emails using databases provided by the company and identifying new opportunities. * Contact customers and digital leads who requested advice or did not complete the online process. * Close sales through effective negotiations ensuring successful transfer completion. * Schedule and follow up with prospects who wish to be contacted later or who did not finalize their transfer. * Daily logging of progress and results in the CRM. * Ongoing training on products and key content to ensure appropriate advisory support. * Flexibility to manage sales via in-person, virtual, or telephone channels depending on the customer and context. * Ensure accurate delivery of Cuprum’s value proposition and advise customers and non-customers according to their needs.
